Our Team


Chandra Cerrito, Principal

With over 20 years of experience as an interior art advisor and public art consultant, Chandra Cerrito has a depth of art consulting expertise. After earning a BA in art history and Certificate of Visual Art from Princeton University and an MFA in sculpture from California College of the Arts, she worked in Bay Area galleries and art consulting firms as manager, assistant to the director, and art consultant. Starting in 2003, Cerrito refined her curatorial skills as an independent curator of numerous museum exhibitions and director of the Oakland-based gallery Chandra Cerrito Contemporary for over a decade. In 2004, she founded Chandra Cerrito / Art Advisors, in Napa, CA, which helps create collections for corporate, hospitality and health care clients. As a public art advisor, she has worked with developers, property owners, and cities to manage over 45 public art projects and develop public art policy. 





Virginia Tominia, Senior Art Consultant


Virginia Tominia has worked as a fine art consultant in Atlanta and California since 1999, developing collections for hospitality, corporate, and health care clients throughout the United States and abroad. She is a Senior Art Consultant at Chandra Cerrito / Art Advisors, where she has worked since 2007. Tominia earned a BA in art history from Emory University in Atlanta, where she minored in fine art with a concentration in sculpture and philosophy. Early on, she carved her way as a fine artist, exhibiting in local and international art spaces, co-founded a contemporary art issues group of professional artists, writers and curators, and interned in the curatorial department at Nexus Contemporary Art Center, Atlanta. Passionate about art, Tominia has curated and juried numerous Bay Area gallery exhibitions, volunteered at local arts organizations, and served as managing gallery director of Chandra Cerrito Contemporary. With particular mastery in creative art sourcing, skillful placement, overseeing commissions, and meticulous project administration, Tominia has led or helped manage dozens of projects for a variety of clientele including Kaiser Permanente, UCSF Medical Center, Westin Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels, Tucker’s Point Residencies and Club, Georgia Pacific Headquarters, AAA California, the David Brower Center, and Neiman Marcus.




Katie Revilla, Consulting Associate


As Consulting Associate at Chandra Cerrito / Art Advisors (CC/AA), Katie Revilla skillfully assists on many aspects of art consulting projects from artist research to installation oversight. Joining CC/AA in 2017, she previously served as Marketing Manager and Registrar as well as Gallery Associate at Chandra Cerrito Contemporary. Revilla is an arts professional with varied experience in museums and galleries, as well as an active studio artist. She earned a BA in art practice from the University of California, Berkeley and is currently an MFA candidate at Virginia Commonwealth University. With certified art handling training, she worked as preparator at the Asian Art Museum and UC Berkeley’s Worth Ryder Gallery. She also held manager and visitor services positions at the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive and the New Museum Los Gatos. Given Revilla’s well-rounded expertise, strong relationships with artists, and enthusiasm for efficient project management, dynamic collections, and successful installations, she provides excellent support for CC/AA’s consulting projects.






Julia Rutherford Daly, Marketing Manager and Registrar


Julia Rutherford Daly has a varied background in public, private, and non-profit arts sectors. As the Marketing Manager and Registrar at Chandra Cerrito / Art Advisors, she oversees an extensive artist database and leads the firm’s communications via web site, e-newsletters, and social media. Prior to her position at Chandra Cerrito / Art Advisors, Daly served as Curator for the Santa Barbara County Office of Arts and Culture where she managed three public governmental galleries, maintained the County and City of Santa Barbara’s permanent art collections, and administered the County’s Percent for Art program in concert with County Arts in Public Places Committee. Daly spent a combined six years at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art in diverse roles ranging from Annual Fund Manager to serving as the lead curator of Ray Strong: Beyond Santa Barbara. Internationally, she held a position with Galeria Senda in Barcelona. Daly received a dual BA in Art History and Spanish from the University of California, Santa Barbara before earning her MA from the University of Southern California in Art and Curatorial Practices in the Public Sphere. During her graduate studies, she worked with the Hammer Museum’s Chief Curator Connie Butler to support the 2014 Made in L.A. biennial.
